John Miller’s “The New Honeymooners”

Artist John Miller returns with a double showing in Chelsea, “The New Honeymooners,” showing at both the Friedrich Petzel Gallery, and Metro Pictures. Miller, trades in his trademark browns for gold leaf foil to express the decadent and hollow promises of our present “gilded age.” His materials include found objects, and actual junk gilded into reliefs and sculptures. Both shows run through the February 2nd.
